GDMM is led by CEO Dan Ferretti, who brings over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. As a former Ford Motor Company Global Chief Engineer, Dan has successfully led diverse, highly technical teams on a global scale. He holds over 100 patents, the majority of which went into production. Some of his notable achievements include the F-Gen2 Seat Structure (Ford’s primary front seat frame and mechanism system), the innovative Lincoln Personal Position Seating (known as “WOW” seats), and the industry’s first Console Work Surface introduced on the F-Series trucks
