OUR MISSION FROM CEO, DAN FERRETTI
GDMM will drive innovation and technology of next generation automotive applications. Our focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring personalized service and tailored strategies that meet unique business needs.
Established in July 2025, GDMM will focus on innovation, intellectual property, and automotive technology, while maintaining the flexibility to grow and adapt over time.
GDMM is led by CEO Dan Ferretti, who brings over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. As a former Ford Motor Company Global Chief Engineer, Dan has successfully led diverse, highly technical teams on a global scale. He holds over 100 patents, the majority of which went into production. Some of his notable achievements include the F-Gen2 Seat Structure (Ford’s primary front seat frame and mechanism system), the innovative Lincoln Personal Position Seating (known as “WOW” seats), and the industry’s first Console Work Surface as introduced in the F-150.
